Katoka Business Improvement Training Course

The American Society for Quality declared November ‘World Quality Month’ and we thought what better time than now to offer a public course on the basics of business improvement.

Providing an introduction to business improvement concepts, our Business Improvement Basics Training teaches tools that can be applied to any work environment straight away.

To be held on 24th November at Gordon Business Centre in Sydney, the full day program is appropriate for individuals who are responsible for making changes in their organizations.

Business Improvement Basics will be valuable to those who have had no formal business improvement training but wish to learn new tools to help them implement changes and improve the overall performance of their businesses.

The course covers a range of topics including an introduction to business improvement, putting the customer first, types of improvement projects, looking at what needs to be improved, understanding process, getting to the root cause, making improvements and turning ideas into action.

In a recent Smart Company article, the findings of a recent Government-sponsored report found that “small and medium businesses could become more profitable if they invest more time in training leaders, making their staff happy and by giving employees more leadership opportunities”.
